The General Management Programme has been designed to address the needs of 21st century executives. These business leaders must make decisions in global contexts which are undergoing constant change and they feel a deep commitment to a humanist vision of the firm.
This programme offers participants two broad work areas: firstly, review and updating of their managerial knowledge and secondly, a process to develop personal capacities and abilities. Both focus on increasing these executives’ influence in their firms.
A key part of this process depends on the group itself, which is the starting point of a new learning community. Each participant can share and compare their own experiences both with colleagues and lecturers in each session.
