Deusto Business School launches a seminar to learn on how to relate with public authorities in the COVID-19 era

The health crisis has turned the management of public affairs into a strategic area for organisations. In the current COVID-19 scenario, the incidence of public powers in the economy and civil society has increased dramatically, while companies and Third Sector entities have been forced to make decisions of great importance in a context of accelerated regulation and high uncertainty.

It is in this context that Deusto Business School launches a seminar aimed at organisations wishing to manage relations with the public administrations and the rest of the public powers with efficiency, professionalism and ethics.

During the different phases of the programme, students will be offered the knowledge and tools about modern lobby, taking as reference the Anglo-Saxon practices and the Brussels experiences. The issues of public opinion, advocacy, media management and campaigns design will be also addressed.

It will be a very practical seminar in which the professors are mainly public administration senior officials, members of the parliament, journalists and directors of some of the most important business associations in the country, as well as renowned professionals from public affairs companies.
