- Teamwork to continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System of faculties, functional areas and services, thus increasing the stakeholders’ satisfaction, which is measured within the framework for the establishment and revision of the quality objectives, as defined by the respective management plans.
- Inform, motivate and involve the staff of the faculties, functional areas and services, and students regarding the results being obtained.
- Optimise the management of the processes through continuous training of staff at the faculties, functional areas and services, and adequately addressing suggestions and complaints from interest groups.
- Provide support and adapt processes to the requirements, needs and expectations of interest groups at the faculties, functional areas and services and other legal or regulatory requirements that may be applied
Deusto Business School's Centre Quality Committee is guided by the aim of contributing, to the development of the University of Deusto's strategic plan through its action areas.
The Deusto Business School Strategic Plan defined for the 2020/2025 period has been formulated taking into account several references: the Strategic Plan of the previous Faculty; the University's Strategic Plan 2022, the United Nations Agenda 2030 and its Sustainable Development Goals. The assessments of all the stakeholders involved have also been considered. For the 2020/2021 academic year, four projects have been set: the implementation of AMBA international accreditation, the promotion and internationalisation of student associations, review of the postgraduate portfolio and open Executive Education programmes and improvement of internal and external communication. These projects make up DBS’ three cornerstones: excellence in lifelong learning; humanist leadership for transformation; and connection and commitment to the business, social and institutional contexts.
