AMAIA ARIZKUREN ELETA holds a PhD in Economics and Business Science and a BA in the same discipline from the University of Deusto. She is currently Professor of Human Resources Management at the Business School of the the University of Deusto, where she teaches at the Donostia and Bilbao campuses. She teaches BA courses in Business Administration and Management and Tourism, and MA courses in Business Management, Human Resource Management and the MIB (Master in International Business). Specifically, she teaches the following subjects: Human Resource Management and People Management and International Human Resource Management (in English) on BA courses; International Human Resource Management (in Spanish and English) and Managerial Skills on MA courses. Her publications mainly focus on Human Resource Management. In recent years she has been working in particular on International Human Resource Management. She forms part of the Innovation and Organisational Management in the Knowledge Society research team. Other areas of research interest include Innovation, Competitiveness, Expatriates, Impatriates and Multicultural Team Management.
