Academic regulations
It is important to know the regulations on undergraduate studies. They contain complete information about the number of exam sessions you are allowed to sit, requirements to continue in the degree programme (minimum number of credits you must pass per year, moving on to the next year of study, maximum time allowed to complete the degree….), regulations for recognition of credits and the General Academic Regulations.
See the Academic Regulations on the Deusto student website for all academic regulations, including the specific regulations that apply to the undergraduate and double degree programmes at Deusto Business School and Framework academic regulations.
Honors Program
The Honors Program, awarded to outstanding students, is a recent innovation at Deusto University, although it has a long tradition in British and American universities.
The purpose of the Honors Program is to recognise the efforts of students with outstanding academic results. It can be obtained, together with other requirements, by studying at least 30 credits in English and maintaining an average mark of ‘notable’ throughout the study plan, as well as participating in volunteer activities.
