    Module 12: Intensive Module on Simulation of Strategic Management (3 days)

    • This three-day intensive module is held at DBS Madrid.
    • With its pedagogical approach to the case study method, this module combines the most important concepts of Business Management and Strategic Management with Economic and Financial Management.
    • Participants will have the opportunity to manage a firm for a certain time period, during which they obtain a global applied vision of decision-making processes in different areas of the firm, their economic and financial implications and the final outcomes.
