|Methodology||To promote the development of the leadership capacity, it is necessary to favor personal reflection. To achieve this we propose a mix of methodologies formed by concepts and theoretical frameworks, self-reflection, group discussion, practice and experimentation..||In both sessions the methodology will consist on the one hand, practical examples of different situations, as well as the visualization of different leaders in action. On the other, it will be accompanied by "learning points" that show and justify the theoretical bases on which the acquired knowledge is based.||The module starts with an illustrative "conceptual capsule" and is seasoned with a series of exercises that allow learning through action. The methodology used is learning through action which is the only method that ensures lasting learning.|
Note: An Intranet will be created so that the participants in the Classroom have access to all the necessary documentation for the course development.
