The Blended Executive MBA combines face to face classes with interactive online sessions via synchronised videoconferences and simultaneous discussion forums each week. The innovative learning model is based on three main pillars, guarantees immediate returns and has a high impact on the development of competences and professional growth.
The programme lasts 16 months and is structured into three broad categories which define the main challenges that today's executives are facing:
- The company and its environment
- Twenty first century companies
- Leading the company
During the programme, participants will have the opportunity to take three face-to-face weeks at the Deusto Business School campuses in Madrid and Bilbao (Spain) and a week of international training at INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France). The Blended Executive MBA (blended learning) offers the possibility of holding training weeks in Florence, Silicon Valley and Cambridge Judge Business School.
Participants are required to prepare an authentic innovation, consultancy or entrepreneurship project, which may be for use in the participating firm or implementation of a personal business idea.
Lastly, during the academic work and project preparation, participants can enter a Leadership Development Programme (Professional coaching). They are guided by a personal coach and the process enables them to discover the tools that will help them to develop their abilities and enhance their performance.
