Students are required to make a self-diagnosis of competences when they begin a new subject. They are provided with the proper tools and asked to identify aspects of personal improvement and to design an action plan when the subject finishes.
Lastly, students must do an internship at a firm or a professional project on Human Resources. In both cases, students will attend tutorials led by a professional from the field of Human Resources who assist them in setting education targets and the subject matter to be developed.
