"The master focuses mainly on digital marketing and current topics such as "Big Data" and sustainability"

Customer & Sales/Customer Loyalty (CRM) at Otto (Hamburg, Germany)

As groups are small, there is ongoing interaction between lecturers and fellow students. The course content does not only cover the basics of traditional marketing, but focuses mainly on digital marketing and current topics such as "Big Data" and sustainability. Through projects and case studies in cooperation with companies, we were able to put the knowledge we acquired into practice, which was assessed by real experts – This was a good training to enter the professional world! The second part of the Master’s consists of an internship of up to 6 months at a company of your choice. Deusto Business School helped us in our search for an internship. In my case, I had the opportunity to complete the internship at the German e-commerce company "OTTO", which later turned out to be the gateway to a permanent position. At present, I work as a project manager for online marketing at OTTO.
